HVAC Support for Realtors in Round Rock, TX

A closing does not wait on an HVAC system. TemperaturePro Round Rock gives real estate professionals one place to request service, send over an inspection report, book a buyer or seller HVAC inspection, and set a homebuyer up with a full year of preventive maintenance.

Pick the request that fits your deal, send it, and it lands with our office right away. We confirm we have it and follow up with you or your client to get it on the schedule.

How Realtor Requests Work

Every request on this page follows the same path, whether it is an emergency diagnosis before an option period runs out or a maintenance certificate for a buyer at closing. Nothing routes through a general contact form and nothing sits in a queue.

How it works:

  1. Submit. Choose the request that fits, complete the form, and attach an inspection report or photos when you have them.
  2. Notify. The complete submission goes straight to our office at NorthAustin@TemperaturePro.com the moment you send it.
  3. Respond. We confirm receipt, review the request, and contact you or your customer to schedule the next step.
  4. Fulfill. For the maintenance benefit, we create the certificate, email it to the buyer, and reach out to them about booking their first visit.

Four Ways We Support Your Transaction

Each one is its own request on the form below. Send as many as a deal needs.

Request Service

Need a diagnosis or a repair on a property that is under contract or about to list? Send the address and what the system is doing and we will get a technician out.

What we ask for: your name, customer name, email, phone, property address, and a short description of the request.

Estimate From a Home Inspection Report

Upload the inspection report and our team reviews the HVAC findings, then comes back with repair or replacement options you can take into negotiations.

What we ask for: your name, customer name, email, phone, property address, the report itself, and a short job description.

Buyer or Seller HVAC Inspection

A focused inspection of the system written up for a real estate transaction. Useful before listing so there are no surprises, and useful for a buyer who wants a closer look at what the general inspection flagged.

What we ask for: your name, customer name, email, phone, property address, whether you represent the buyer or the seller, and the concern you want us to look at.

One Year of Preventive Maintenance

A complimentary one year preventive maintenance benefit for your buyer*. It is a closing gift they actually use, and it puts their system under our care from day one.

What we ask for: your name, customer name, email, phone, property address, and the closing date if you have it.

*1 free system, additional units at a discounted rate.

A Year of Preventive Maintenance for Your Buyer

Hand your client something they will use after the boxes are unpacked. We create the certificate, email it directly to the new homeowner, and reach out to get their first visit on the calendar, so there is nothing for you to chase after closing.

*1 free system, additional units at a discounted rate.

Realtor Questions We Hear Most

How fast will I hear back?

Your submission reaches our office immediately. We confirm receipt and follow up during business hours, 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 12pm Saturday. If it is urgent, call 512-886-1565 after you submit.

Can you work around an option period?

Tell us the deadline in the request and we will schedule around it. Note the date in the Tell Us More field so it does not get missed.

What file types can I upload with an inspection report?

PDFs and photos. If the report is too large to attach, send the request without it and reply to the confirmation email with the file.

Who receives the maintenance certificate?

We create it and email it directly to the buyer, then contact them about scheduling the first visit. You are copied so you know it went out.

Does my client pay anything for the first year of maintenance?

No. The one year preventive maintenance benefit is complimentary.

*1 free system, additional units at a discounted rate.

What if the system needs to be replaced before closing?

We will give you real numbers, and financing is available through OPTIMUS with a soft credit pull that does not affect your client’s credit score just to check options.

What areas do you cover?

Round Rock, Leander, Cedar Park, the surrounding Williamson County area, and portions of Travis County.

Can I submit for more than one property?

Yes. Send one request per property so each one gets its own address and timeline.

If my client has more than one HVAC system is the Maintenance package free?

No, additional units can be purchased at a discounted rate; payable by either the Realtor or the client
