The technicians, Ron and Jacob, were great. They taped off the area and had throws to protect the floor. After the [hood vent] installation was complete, the crew remained on the job to fix an issue with the hood itself. They made sure it was perfect before leaving. I also liked the text messages sent out prior to their arrival. It not only notified me that they were on their way, but supplied their name, their picture, along with a brief summary of themselves.
