What You Bring to the Table 

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

 

  • Manage inbound customer communications – Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.
  • Dispatching – Arrange customer appointments and technician scheduling.
  • Maintain working product knowledge – Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.
  • Make follow-up calls – Ensure customers had a great experience.
  • Invoicing and Collecting Payment – Properly receive and enter all payments
