This full-time HVAC Senior Service Technician position earns a competitive wage of $30- $40 per hour, plus bonuses. There is also a $3K signing bonus ($1K paid every four months for the first year you are with us), and a relocation stipend for the right candidate.

As our Senior Service Technician growing into management, you have dual responsibilities. You manage and oversee HVAC operations, as well as go out into the field to troubleshoot and service systems as an experienced technician.
As we grow you will use your trade and management skills to facilitate a team atmosphere through example and attitude. You will develop technicians at all levels with our service program. With company objectives in mind, you will conduct daily technician check-ins, reinforce company processes, and maximize training opportunities.
